the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2019 No. 52 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2011 No. 50".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 19, 2026.
