According to part seven of Article 298 of Chapter 43 of the Section IX of the Customs code of Ukraine, the paragraph of the fifth Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 No. 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,

I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Accounting treatment and transfers in the government budget of customs and other payments which are made in / or during the customs clearance approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 01, 2017 No. 898, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 23, 2017 at No. 1429/31297 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 25, 2019 No. 454) which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
