About approval of the Model code of business ethics and recommendations about assessment and minimization of corruption risks for business environment of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of forming of anti-corruption culture in business environment and decrease in corruption risks in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Model code of business ethics for business environment of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Model code) according to appendix 1;

2) recommendations about assessment and minimization of corruption risks for business environment of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Recommendations) according to appendix 2.

2. Recommend to subjects of entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to develop and approve internal codes of business ethics on the basis of the Model code;

2) to implement assessment procedures and managements of corruption risks taking into account Recommendations.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
