About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

"59. Civil firearms, gas guns and revolvers, electric weapon are acquired by citizens only on the permissions to acquisition issued by law-enforcement bodies.

"62. The hunting firearms with rifle barrel are acquired by the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan having in property hunting fire smooth-bore long-barreled weapon at least three years which are in accordance with the established procedure granted the right to hunting.

Exceeding of acquisition by the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan of total quantity of weapon is not allowed:

1) hunting firearms: with rifle barrel - five units; smooth-bore - five units;

2) self-defense weapon - two units, including fire smooth-bore long-barreled weapon or gas guns, revolvers or electric weapon.

These restrictions do not extend to the weapon which is collecting object.

In case of the available extreme quantity of weapon, acquisition on permissions to acquisition of additional replaceable trunks is allowed to the available weapon.
