About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 25, 2026 No. 193 "About special procedure for export of cash of the Russian Federation and the affined ingot gold from the Russian Federation"

a) currency export, called in paragraph one of this Item, is performed through air check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at the international airports of the Russian Federation determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, in the presence concerning all amount of the exported cash of the Russian Federation of bank statements which are certified according to the procedure, established by the credit institution which issued them, and confirm removal of currency of the Russian Federation from bank accounts (deposits) of the physical persons, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing export of such currency, or other documents which list is established by the Government of the Russian Federation;

b) currency export, called in paragraph one of this Item, is performed by legal entities within international carriages in case of which the point of departure and destination are located outside the Russian Federation, on condition of confirmation of the fact of import of such currency to the Russian Federation;
