1. Approve the enclosed list of information in the field of fuel and energy complex, access to which is limited.

2. Determine that maintaining confidentiality of information included in the list approved by this Decree and realization necessary for this purpose are obligatory died, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.

3. Establish the following procedure for use of information included in the list approved by this Decree:

a) distribution of information included in the list approved by this Decree including with use of mass media or information and telecommunication networks including Internet network, is not allowed, information on the activities except for opened by the legal entity;

b) provision of information included in the list approved by this Decree is performed on the bases and according to the procedure, provided by the agreement signed between the owner of this information and person (persons) getting access to it, except as specified, specified in the subitem "v" of this Item;
