1. Bring in the Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2014 No. 548, the following changes:

to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:

"manufacturers - the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus, performing production, and also repair (restoration) of jewelry and other products.";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Jewelry and other products which are made in the Republic of Belarus including by individual orders of citizens from the jewelry and other products and (or) scrap and waste of jewelry and other products belonging to them, or are imported into the Republic of Belarus for realization, or withdrawn, arrested, turned into the income of the state in the procedure established by the legislation or on which collection on account of the unexecuted tax liability, unpaid penalty fee is turned and are subject to transfer for realization to Belyuvelirtorg open joint stock company, except for specified in Items 7 and 7-1 of this provision, shall correspond to the established tests and to be provided to the Ministry of Finance for obligatory approbation, the analysis and branding by the state assay brand of the Republic of Belarus, except products (their parts) which are not subject to obligatory approbation, the analysis and branding according to appendix.";
