1. Changes which are made to Rules of technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also the objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons to power networks

1. In the offer the second the subitem "g" of Item 7 of the word "which are used by physical persons for the domestic and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity" to exclude.

2. In the paragraph the second Item 8 of the word "For the purposes of These Rules" shall be replaced with words "For the purposes of determination of the network organization which objects of electric grid economy are located at the smallest distance from borders of the site of the applicant,".

3. Item 8 paragraph two (7) after words "in the cases provided by paragraph one of this Item", to add with the words "and also technological accession of apartment houses and houses of the blocked building using the permanent scheme of electric utility service".

4. In Item 10:

a) add the subitem "a" with the offer of the following content: "Applicants whose borders of the site are subject to determination according to the paragraph the third or fourth Item 16 (1) these rules, on the plan of arrangement of power receiving devices location and the number of introduction devices with bindings to borders of the parcel of land with indication of the size of the attached maximum capacity and quantity of points of accession on each introduction device specify;";

In case of submission by the applicant which maximum capacity of power receiving devices makes no more than 150 kW inclusive of copies of the documents confirming possession of the applicant on other basis provided by the law of capital construction project (the non-residential premise in such capital construction project) and (or) the parcel of land, such copies of documents shall contain the information about person who transferred right of possession and (or) uses of such object to the applicant (for legal entities - full name, the primary state registration number and identification taxpayer number, for individual entrepreneurs - surname, name, middle name of physical person, the primary state registration number of the individual entrepreneur and identification taxpayer number, for physical persons - surname, name, middle name (in the presence), series, number and date of issue of the passport or other document, the citizen proving the identity in the territory of the Russian Federation), and if such person is not owner of capital construction project (the non-residential premise in such capital construction project) and (or) the parcel of land, - the specified information about the owner of such object. In case of representation as the document according to this paragraph of the copy of the statement from the Single state real estate register such statement shall be received not earlier than before 30 days about day of application;";

c) add with the subitem "y" of the following content:

"s) in case of application for the purpose of increase in the maximum capacity of earlier attached power receiving devices without change of category of reliability of electric utility service, points of accession, types of productive activity by the applicant which maximum capacity of power receiving devices as a result of such increase in the maximum capacity will make no more than 150 kW inclusive - the copy of the document confirming the technological connection of power receiving devices to objects of electric grid economy of the network organization or to objects of electric grid economy of the other person which is earlier performed as appropriate according to the procedure, provided by Items 40 (4) - 40(10) these rules (it is represented if technological connection of power receiving devices was performed not within the agreement signed between the applicant and the network organization to which the application for the purpose of increase in the maximum capacity of earlier attached power receiving devices is submitted).".

6. In Item 17:

7. Item 17 in paragraph nine (1) the words "entries into force" shall be replaced with words "receipts in the network organization".

8. In Item 17 (4):

a) to state paragraphs of the first and second in the following edition:

"17(4). In case of application for the purpose of increase in the maximum capacity of earlier attached power receiving devices without change of category of reliability of electric utility service, points of accession, types of productive activity by the applicant which maximum capacity of power receiving devices as a result of such increase in the maximum capacity will make no more than 150 kW inclusive in case of need of performance of works on construction (reconstruction) of the objects of electric grid economy included (which are subject to inclusion) in investing programs of the network organizations (including the adjacent network organizations), and (or) facilities for production of electrical energy, except for the actions connected with ensuring commercial accounting of electrical energy (capacity), the payment is calculated according to the procedure, provided by the paragraph third Item 17 of these rules.

If increase in the maximum capacity of earlier attached power receiving devices without change of category of reliability of electric utility service, points of accession, types of productive activity by the applicant which maximum capacity of power receiving devices as a result of such increase in the maximum capacity will make no more than 150 kW inclusive from the network organization does not require performance of works on construction (reconstruction) of the objects of electric grid economy included (which are subject to inclusion) in investing programs of the network organizations (including the adjacent network organizations), and (or) facilities for production of electrical energy, except for the actions connected with ensuring commercial accounting of electrical energy (capacity) in structure of payment inclusion is allowed:";
