2. The features approved by this resolution are applied in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation included in the list approved by this resolution from August 9, 2024 to day of cancellation (the end of action) of all special modes provided by part 3 of article 8 of the Federal Law of October 27, 2025 No. 391-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
