About introduction of amendments to some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders to which changes are made

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2014 No. 350 "About approval of Rules of issue of permissions to production of explosive works" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10273) the following changes:

in Rules of issue of permissions to production of the explosive works approved by the specified order:

"8. The executive in charge of the service provider from the moment of registration of the documents submitted by uslugopoluchatel within 2 (two) working days checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of refusal in rendering the state service the service provider sends to uslugopoluchatel the answer with indication of causes of failure in form, according to appendix 4 to these rules.

The bases for refusal in rendering the state service established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are stated in annex 2 to these rules.

In case of refusal in rendering the state service hearing with uslugopoluchatel is not carried out.";

"12. The claim to the decision, action (failure to act) of the service provider and (or) his officials concerning rendering the state service moves to the service provider, the decision, action (failure to act) of which is appealed.

The service provider, the official, whose decision, action (failure to act) are appealed, no later than 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the claim send it and administrative case to the body considering the claim.
