About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 10, 2019 No. 675 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of aviation fuel for priority international aviaroutes"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 10, 2019 No. 675 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of aviation fuel for priority international aviaroutes" the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of subsidizing of aviation fuel for the priority international aviaroutes approved by the specified resolution:

"7. After the conclusion of the agreement the airline monthly till the 20th following reporting submits to authorized body the following documents including provided in digital form, certified by the head and the chief accountant:

1) the report on subsidized priority international aviaroutes of airline according to appendix 2 to these rules;

2) the report on aviation fuel expenses on subsidized priority international aviaroutes according to appendix 3 to these rules.";

"10. Payment of budget subsidies for the last calendar month of year is performed on the basis of the preparatory act of the rendered services directed on not later December 20, including submitted in digital form, in subsidized aviaroutes, created according to forecast data, with the subsequent direction of the report prepared according to actual data, in time no later than the 20th day of the next month.

Following the results of financial year the airline and authorized body in the field of civil aviation carry out reconciliation of settlement with creation of reconciliation statements of the performed works.
