1. To state Item 3 of the Instruction on procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices for medicines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 2012 No. 13, in the following edition:
"3. The organizations establish selling prices on medicines independently, but not above the marginal maximum selling prices established by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 17, 2026 No. 101 "About marginal establishment of the maximum selling prices on the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus".".
