1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices for medicines it (is applied).
2. Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February 6, 2012 No. 7 "About the price of medicine" (2012, No. 22, 8/24896) to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.

This Instruction determines procedure for establishment and use of the prices of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus for the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health, to No. 56 determined by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2012 "About the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health" (further – medicines).
2. Action of this Instruction extends to the organizations of the Republic of Belarus performing production of medicines in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - the organizations).
