About modification of some regulations (reduction in compliance of the regulatory base in the field of safety of supply with oil products)

Art. I. – Article 23 of the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001 (repeated publication: 2017, Art. No. 40-49, 82), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (8) the following content:

"(8) Activities for storage of oil products for the purpose of creation and maintenance of extraordinary inventories can be performed only by the operators of objects of storage having permission according to the Security act of supply with oil products No. 119/2026.".

Art. II. – The Section II of appendix 1 to the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 170-175, 494), with subsequent changes, to add with line item 97 following contents:

Art. III. – In article 3 of the Law on power No. 174/2017 (repeated publication: 2023, Art. No. 480-482, 849), with subsequent changes, in the concept "energy company" of the word "and Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova ", the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001 and the Security act of supply with oil products No. 119/2026".

Art. IV. – (1) This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
