1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on procedure for adoption by customs authority of the decision on classification of separate goods according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus;
the list of separate goods for which classification according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus the solution of customs authorities is required.
2. Determine that:
decisions on classification of separate goods according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 2002 No. 791 "About the Commodity nomenclature applied when implementing foreign economic activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 71, 5/10638), are accepted by customs authority;
the goods specified in the list approved by this resolution are located under customs regimes of free circulation, conversion on customs area and temporary import in case of representation to customs authority of the decision on classification of separate goods according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus.
