About establishment and distribution of the tariff quotas, establishment of rates of export customs duties on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of seeds of colza and the seeds of sunflower made in the territory of the Republic of Crimea

Establish for term from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2026 the tariff quotas on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, separate types of seeds of colza (codes 1205 10 900 0, of 1205 90 000 9 CN FEA EEU) and the sunflower seeds (code 1206 00 990 0 of the CN FEA EEU) made in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - separate types of seeds, the tariff quotas), in amounts of 10000 tons and 15000 tons respectively.
2. Establish for term from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2026 rates of export customs duties on separate types of the seeds made in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and which are taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 1.
3. Distribution of the tariff quotas is performed by the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Republic of Crimea (person, it replacing) in case of the address of participants of foreign trade activity in declarative procedure according to the rules approved by the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Republic of Crimea (person, it replacing) in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
