1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Institute of rule-making and supremacy of law under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 351 the following changes:
in Regulations on Institute of rule-making and supremacy of law under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Legal address of Institute: 720040, Kyrgyz Republic, city of Bishkek, Ulitsa Sagynbaya Manaschy, 140.";
- add Item 11 with subitems 13-1, 13-2 of the following content:
"13-1) will organize monitoring and assessment of level of legal culture and legal consciousness of the population;
13-2) carries out assessment of rule-making activities of state bodies;";
- state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. The director and the deputy director of Institute are appointed the Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. Experts are appointed the director of Institute in coordination with the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. The director, the deputy director and experts of Institute are not government employees.";
- state Item 20 in the following edition:
"20. In the absence of the director of Institute its duties are fulfilled by the deputy director.".
