About introduction of the tariff quota on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of waste and scrap of the alloyed steel to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union and modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Establish the tariff quota on export of waste and scrap of the alloyed steel (codes of the CN FEA EEU 7204 21 100 0, 7204 21 900 0 and 7204 29 000 0) from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - waste and scrap of the alloyed steel, the tariff quota):

from the effective date this resolution till December 31, 2026 (inclusive) of 7000 tons;

from January 1 to December 31, 2027 (inclusive) of 20000 tons.

2. Approve enclosed:

Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign trade activity of the tariff quota concerning the waste and scrap of the alloyed steel which are taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to customs procedure of export;

changes which are made to rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of the limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2021 No. 2068 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, Art. 8255; 2023, No. 1, Art. 299).
