1. In Item 1-59 of the word and figures "on line items of ML4.b, ML5.b, ML11.a" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on line items ML 2, ML 4, ML4.b, ML 5, ML5.b, ML 6, ML 11, ML11.a, ML 17, ML 18, ML21.b. 4, ML22.a".
2. Add the resolution with Items 1-117-1-118 of the following content:
"1-117. Provides till November 1, 2030 to BM DESIGN limited liability company of power on the right of implementation of military commodity export of own production on line items ML 4, ML4. and, ML4.b, ML6.a, ML10.c and military commodity import for needs of own production on line items ML 4, ML4.a, ML4.b, ML6.a, ML8.a, ML8.b, ML8.c, ML8.d, ML10.c of appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2025, No. 3, Art. 193).
