About approval of the Instruction about order of registration of veterinary medicines in the Republic of Belarus
Based on article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 1994 "About veterinary case" and the Veterinary charter of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 1995 No. 475 "About measures for further development of veterinary case in the republic" for the purpose of strengthening of quality control, approbation and use of veterinary medicines in the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about order of registration of veterinary medicines in the Republic of Belarus.
2. Enter obligatory registration:
since January 1, 2008 biological veterinary medicines for unproductive animals;
since January 1, 2009 pharmacological veterinary medicines for unproductive animals.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2005 No. 61 "About approval of the Instruction about order of registration of veterinary medicines in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 8, 8/13635).
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for subitem 9.9 of Item 9 of the Instruction on order of registration of veterinary medicines in the Republic of Belarus which becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
