1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning civil protection of change which are attached.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 No. 460 "About approval of the Order of interaction of the departmental militarized protection with bodies (divisions) of internal affairs, Security services, Armed Forces, the Ministry of questions of emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash in case of emergency situations on objects of the increased danger" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 15, the Art. 1037).
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of February 10, 2026 No. 4778-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prevention of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects, forming of fund of protective constructions of civil protection, creation of classes and the centers of safety", but not earlier than day of its publication.
