SOLVED:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure of the program of share repurchase and carrying out stabilization which is applied.

2. Approve changes in Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities, and also persons providing providing on such securities, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 06, 2023 608, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 02, 2023 at No. 1307/40363 (with changes) which are applied.

3. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
