1. Approve Regulations on procedure for receipt of approval of the Industry ministry on application of the rates of utilization collection determined in Item 7 of appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2026 No. 195 it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
