I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made.

2. To provide to committee of medical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The service provider provides entering of data into digital monitoring system of rendering the state services according to the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2013 to No. 452 "About approval of Rules of entering of data into digital monitoring system of rendering the state or socially responsible services on stage of their rendering" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8555).

11. The service provider checks for completeness of the submitted documents and data:

when licensing for import and (or) export of tissues (part of fabric) of the person, blood and its components within 1 (one) working day from the date of submission of documents and data;

when licensing import and (or) export of bodies (part of body) of the person within 1 (one) working day from the date of submission of documents and data.

In cases of detection of mistakes or inaccuracies in the statement and (or) documents submitted by uslugopoluchatel, their discrepancies to requirements for form and content, representations by uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package, stipulated in Item 10 Lists, the service provider adopts the statement by means of the digital waiting list.
