1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 2018 No. 621 "About formation of the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning implementation of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
to state the structure of the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning implementation of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree in edition according to appendix to this Decree;
in Regulations on the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning implementation of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
3) of Item 9 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"Requests 3) and receives from the central and local executive bodies of the capital, areas, the cities of republican value, areas (the cities of regional value) information, documents and materials necessary for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it;".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
