1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of September 8, 2026 No. 72 "About marginal establishment of maximum prices of fruit and vegetable products" the following changes:
in Item 1:
the paragraph one after words "harvest of 2026," to add with the words "fresh cucumbers (long, sredneplodny), tomatoes (red, except vishnevidny and brushes of tomatoes)";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"realized by producers to legal entities for the purpose of accomplishment of the state order by them or delivered to suppliers as accomplishment of the state order, according to appendix 3.";
