About approval of the Regulations on activities of the investment intermediary in the security market

According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the security market" and "About the exchange and exchange activities", and also the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 27, 2017 to No. PP-3150 "About the organization of activities of the National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan", I order:

1. Approve Regulations on activities of the investment intermediary in the security market, according to appendix No. 1*.

2. Recognize invalid some regulations, appendix No. 2 agrees.

3. This order is approved with the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
