About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Declare invalid Item of 13 changes which are made to Bases of forming of indexes changes of the amount of payment of the citizens for utilities in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 12, 2017 No. 1097 "About modification of Bases of forming of indexes of change of the amount of payment of citizens for utilities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 38, the Art. 5633).

3. The paragraph third Item 10 (3) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (in edition of this resolution) and the paragraph third Item 8 (3) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2013 "About state regulation of rates in the field of water supply and water disposal" (in edition of this resolution) are effective with No. 406 till March 1, 2027.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the paragraph of the seventh subitem "an" of Item 2 and the paragraph of the fifth subitem "an" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2027.
