About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that the changes approved by this resolution extend to the legal relationship on technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy which arose based on requests for technological connection of power receiving devices of the consumers of electrical energy to power networks (further - the request for technological accession) given before entry into force of this resolution, except as specified, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the resolution.

3. If before entry into force of this resolution the application for technological accession on the first, second or third category of reliability of power receiving devices with which use it is performed or planned to perform mining of digital currency (including participation in mining-pools) was submitted and (or) activities of the operator of mayningovy infrastructure (further - power receiving devices for mining), such accession is not complete and at the same time the conditions provided by subitems "an" - "in", "д" and "е" Item 119 of Rules of technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons to power networks are complied, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 No. 861 "About approval of Rules of non-discriminatory access to services in transfer of electrical energy and rendering these services, Rules of non-discriminatory access to services in supervisory control in power industry and rendering these services, Rules of non-discriminatory access to services of the commercial operator of the wholesale market and rendering these services and Rules of technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also the objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons to power networks" (further - Rules of technological accession):

a) the network organization within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this resolution notifies the applicant on possibility of completion of technological connection of power receiving devices for mining on the fourth category of reliability if the applicant does not direct to the network organization refusal of the request for technological accession or unilateral refusal of the agreement on implementation of technological accession or the agreement on order of interaction of the applicant and the network organization signed on its basis for the purpose of accomplishment of actions for technological accession on the individual project;

b) before the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date of the direction by the network organization of the notification provided by the subitem "an" of this Item, implementation of actions for technological connection of power receiving devices for mining stops;

c) in cases when the refusal provided by the subitem "an" of this Item did not arrive in the network organization within 60 calendar days from the date of the direction to the applicant of the notification from the network organization provided by the subitem "an" of this Item:
