About some questions of reorganization of the republican state state company "Kazakh Sport Management" of Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Kazakh Sport Management" of Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Kazakh Sport Management" of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine:

1) the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body of management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of operation of sports objects and sports activities.

3. To the ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 1095 "About approval of the list of the types of activity performed by the state companies, legal entities, more than fifty percent of shares (share in the authorized capital) which belong to the state, and persons affiliated with them":
