1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of the reporting of issuers of digital financial assets as whose underlying asset financial instruments act (including securities, including derivative securities, derivative financial instruments, other digital financial asset), financial asset, property rights (requirements), goods and (or) other property, except for money and (or) the financial instruments issued in electronic and digital form on digital platform of the operator of platform of digital financial assets (further – the report on digital financial assets);

2) report form about digital financial assets;

3) Rules of submission of the reporting by issuers of digital financial assets.

2. Issuers of digital financial assets represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic format:

quarterly – the report on digital financial assets in time no later than 10 (tenth) working days of the month following reporting quarter.

3. On regulation and development of the financial market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of the security market of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
