About creation of the state information resource "Unified Register of Freight Forwarders"

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with the state and public concerns connected with implementation of forwarding activities * I decide:

1. Create the state information resource "Unified Register of Freight Forwarders" (further – the register).

The register joins the information about the freight forwarders registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further – the freight forwarder), in the amount determined in appendix 1.

2. Determine that:

2.1. is illegal and the forwarding activities performed without state registration in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) inclusion in the register of information about the freight forwarder in the amount determined in appendix 1, including about the freight forwarder's representatives **, the work periods *** the freight forwarder and also during suspension of finding of information about the freight forwarder in the register are forbidden;

* For the purposes of this Decree terms are used in the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2006 No. 124-Z "About forwarding activities", unless otherwise specified.

** For the purposes of this Decree the representative of the freight forwarder is understood as the freight forwarder's worker, the rights and (or) job responsibilities of which include conducting precontract work on search of partners for rendering forwarding services, including negotiating.

*** For the purposes of this Decree the period of work is understood as the period of time established by the freight forwarder in the register during which it conforms to requirements of the legislation and performs (plans to perform) forwarding activities.
