Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of subitem 2.4.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 2451 of January 23, 2024 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1051-VIQ of December 8, 2023 "About approval and entry into force of the Code of the competition of the Azerbaijan Republic and the corresponding legal regulation, and also on regulation of some related issues" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Rules of determination of level of concentration of zones in the corresponding market" (are applied).
2. Approve "Rules of assessment of concentration by antimonopoly authority" (are applied).
3. Changes can be made to this Resolution according to the Item 3.5 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation, Approval, Acceptance and Publication of Drafts of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Executive Authority", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 2328 of October 6, 2023.
