The 21st century - the Golden Age of the people of Turkmenistan is new era in life of the Turkmen society.

The noble ideas of Saparmurat Turkmenbasha realized in the grandiose Program of the Golden Age of the Turkmen people and the nations, purposeful on blossoming, in the 21st century are powerful impulse for the further social and economic growth of Turkmenistan, strengthening of national statehood, increase in his authority on the international scene, revival and development of the traditional spiritual and moral beginnings in life of people. Successful realization of the purposes and tasks set by our national leader in this Program expected long-term historical outlook is in many respects connected with effective labor activity of all turkmenistanets.

The fair constructive labor of people was at all times and remains the main factor of blossoming and greatness of the Turkmen people which traditions and customs are historically based on respect and special respect for the person of work and its cases.

For the purpose of encouragement of citizens for merits before the state and society, recognitions of their labor achievements at the high national level, and also establishments of special differences to persons which reached in the Golden Age of the Turkmen people of high labor and professional results:
