2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Method of calculation of costs for creation, development and maintenance of digital objects of state bodies

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Method of calculation of costs for creation, development and maintenance of digital objects of state bodies (further – the Technique) is developed according to the subitem 163) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2025 No. 846.

2. In this Technique the following basic concepts and reducings are used:

1) the actor – any computing essence, external in relation to system, which interacts with system and uses its functionality for achievement of particular purposes or the solution of private tasks;

2) developer – the physical person or legal entity performing works on development (including the analysis of requirements, designing, testing, implementation and another) in the course of lifecycle of digital object;
