Based on subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2025 No. 435 "On regulation of activities of banks", parts two of Item 70 of the Charter of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320, of part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine sources of implementation by banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations (further - banks) expenses on acquisition, construction of capital structures (buildings, constructions), acquisition (upgrade) of the equipment, vehicles and other fixed assets, except the property intended for transfer to finance lease (leasing) (further - financing of fixed assets), according to appendix 1.

2. Determine that the amount of sources of financing of fixed assets cannot be less, than the amount of their use calculated according to appendix 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 16, 2027.

Sources of financing of fixed assets

1. Treat sources of financing of fixed assets:

1.1. profit, being at the command banks after tax payment, charges (duties), other obligatory payments in republican and local budgets, including in the state trust budget funds, and also in state non-budgetary funds, in part:

1.1.1. the confirmed profit of last years directed to increase in authorized capital of bank till December 31, 2026 inclusive;
