"Chapter 3. Features of forming of uniformity of administrative practice when implementing of the simplified ministerial procedure
17. For the purpose of forming of uniformity of administrative practice by consideration of messages, offers, responses and requests administrative authorities accept one of decisions, stipulated in Article 89 APPK, about provision of the answer, acceptance note or the termination of the simplified ministerial procedure.
When implementing of the simplified ministerial procedure:
1) according to the message the answer containing data is provided:
about the taken or undertaken measures upon violation of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shortcomings of work of state bodies, local government bodies, the state legal entities, legal entities with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital and their officials;
about non-confirmation of the facts stated in the message with reduction of motivated reasons, arguments and other arguments;
