According to Item 2 of article 80 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 31, Art. 3824; 1999, N 28, Art. 3487; 2001, N 53, Art. 5016; 2004, N 27, Art. 2711; 2006, N 31, Art. 3436; 2007, N 1, 31) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve form of the single (simplified) tax declaration according to the appendix N1 to this order.

2. Approve the Procedure for filling of the single (simplified) tax declaration according to the appendix N2 to this order.
