About approval of Rules of licensing and the qualification requirements imposed to activities for export of labor power from the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of licensing of activities for export of labor power from the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad;

2) the qualification requirements imposed to activities for export of labor power from the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad.

2. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 25, 1999 No. 862 "About approval of Rules concerning licensing of attraction of foreign labor power and export of labor power from the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 29, the Art. 280):

in preamble of the word "About Licensing"," to exclude;

to exclude paragraph two of Item 1;
