1. Approve the enclosed list of poisons which production, conversion, transportation, acquisition, storage, realization, use and destruction is subject to licensing.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2004 No. 1459 "About approval of the list of poisons, production, conversion, transportation, acquisition, storage, realization, use which destruction is subject to licensing" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 51, of the Art. 682).
3. This resolution is subject to publication and becomes effective since August 9, 2007.
