1. Approve the enclosed list of poisons which production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use and destruction is subject to licensing.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 13, 2007 No. 493 "About approval of the list of poisons which production, conversion, transportation, acquisition, storage, realization, use and destruction is subject to licensing" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 19, of the Art. 220);

2) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2011 No. 418 "About entering of amendments into the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 13, 2007 No. 493 and of February 5, 2008 No. 104" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 33, the Art. 402).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
