The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for licensing of activities for provision of educational services which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the Procedure for licensing of educational services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, the Art. 1946).
3. Item 53 of the list of documents which are enclosed to the application about licensing for the separate type of economic activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 4, 2001 No. 756 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 27, Art. 1212), to exclude.
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2007.
