1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of licensing of activities for production and repair of measuring instruments;

2) the qualification requirements imposed when licensing activities for production and repair of measuring instruments.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 7, 2000 No. 867 "About approval of qualification requirements when licensing activities for production and repair of measuring instruments" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 26, the Art. 302);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 11, 2006 No. 380 "About modification of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 7, 2000 No. 867 and of January 24, 2002 No. 100" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 17, the Art. 160).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty-one-day term after official publication.
