According to article 52 of Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about protection of public health (Sheet of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 33, Art. 1318; Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; N 6, the Art. 640) the Government of the Russian Federation decides 2006,:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of severity of the harm done to health of the person.
2. To the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation:
approve medical criteria of determination of severity of the harm done to health of the person;
make necessary explanations on application of the Rules approved by this resolution.
