confirming commitment to the obligations according to the international treaties signed between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia in the field of trade and economic cooperation including under the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on free trade of November 13, 1992, to the Protocol on introduction of free trade regime without withdrawals and restrictions between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1995 and to the Agreement on the Customs union between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1995, agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties take measures for development of trade and economic cooperation, including cancel the restrictions applied concerning import, distribution, transportation including transit, the goods occurring from the territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia or intended for their territories according to appendix to this agreement which is its integral part.

The parties do not introduce the new restrictions similar to that which are cancelled according to this agreement.

Article 2

The parties in the shortest possible time after the signature of this agreement enter negotiations with the conclusion purpose till October 1, 2007 of the agreement on the principles and rules of application of subsidies, including in agricultural industry.
