About approval of the Instruction about procedure for delivery and use of keys to means of cryptographic information security

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About information", "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", "About the digital signature", "About information security in information and telecommunication systems", the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.06.2006 No. 868, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for delivery and use of keys to means of cryptographic information security which is applied.

2. To provide to the head of the department of regulation of activities in the field of cryptographic information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.
