About approval of the Regulations on the state control of condition of technical information security
According to the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the state control of condition of technical information security which are applied.
2. To provide to department of the state control of condition of cryptographic and technical information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the order of Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of 22.12.99 No. 61 "About approval of the Regulations on control of functioning of system of technical information security", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 11.01.2000 for No. 10/4231.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of Gosspetssvyaz according to distribution of functional obligations.
