The list of the companies, monitoriziruyemy the Ministry of Justice, according to appendix No. 3.1;

2. Establish the extreme number of central office of the Ministry of Justice in number of 113 units (except Department of penal institutions and personnel on servicing and protection of the building) with the annual salary fund within the assignments approved by the law on the government budget for the corresponding year.

3. Permit the Ministry of Justice to have two deputy ministers, and board as a part of 9 people.

4. Determine that regulations on Republican institute of judicial examination and criminalistics, the Center of legal information, the Center for harmonization of the legislation, Department of penal institutions, Service of civil status and Department of judicial administration affirm the Government.

6. For assistance to public associations in implementation of the activities by them under the Ministry of Justice create the certified commission.

The regulations on activities of the certified commission affirm the Minister of Justice.
