Art. 1. - Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2007 affirm:

Art. 3. - The list of the foundations of compulsory medical insurance which are set up on programs and results is provided in appendix 2.

Art. 4. - The fee of compulsory medical insurance estimated in the form of fixed amount in absolute value for categories of the payers specified in the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance of N1593-XV of December 26, 2002 is established in the amount of leu 1209,0.

Art. 5. - The fee of compulsory medical insurance estimated as a percentage of the salary and other payment methods of work for categories of the payers specified in the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance is established in the amount of 5 percent (percent 2,5 for the employer and 2,5 of percent for the worker).

Art. 6. - The penalty fee levied from payers for failure to pay at the scheduled time of fees of compulsory medical insurance is established in the amount of percent 0,1 from outstanding amount for each day of payment delay.
