About approval of Rules of turnover of civil pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of creation of conditions for safety of the population in case of acquisition and use of pyrotechnic products, streamlining of their realization the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of turnover of civil pyrotechnic products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that:

- the realization of pyrotechnic products is enabled only through specialized shops.

- use of pyrotechnic products is allowed till 23 o'clock, except for the holidays established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the interested ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out work on inspection of material and technical resources of the legal entities and physical persons performing activities for distribution of pyrotechnic products.

4. Assign to Head department of the public fire service of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic determination of fire-dangerous properties of the imported civil pyrotechnic products on compliance to requirements of national standards, and also their classification.

5. To the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Resolution.

6. This Resolution becomes effective in 15 days after publication.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
